As designers, we often dream to create things that feel impossible when they’re just an idea. But then, do we stop dreaming? Not really. Instead, we build a team with the capability to bring even the craziest of our visions to life.  

The heart of any great furniture piece is in the value it brings and its little details. This is why we feel that it’s not just about building furniture pieces; rather it's about infusing each piece with a sense of purpose and beauty.  

 

At Dulari, any new product is created with a ‘why’. We often find ourselves questioning, what’s more important in this furniture piece? Function? Aesthetic? While we love adding some playful touches, we make sure that the functionality is never compromised.  

We have also been able to do that and more, with a team of very skilled craftsmen acting as our backbone. With them, we have been able to bring the vision of ‘less, but better’ to life.  

 

Moreover, craftsmanship isn't just a part of our work at Dulari; it's our guiding principle. It's what inspires us to make furniture that's not only practical but also full of life. Take, for example, our Kai Chair. Inspired by nature, crafted for comfort, it's a masterpiece of form and function. 

 

 

Our journey with Kai began with a simple idea: create a lounge chair that's not just comfortable but also full of character. After its basic shape, we got playful with the details, adding that extra touch of intrigue.  

As the chair began to take form in our workshop, we were once again reminded of the importance of craftsmanship in furniture design. Its form evolved through our daily discussions and exchanges in the workshop, leading us to prototype its initial silhouette. 

 

With our team of carpenters, we brainstormed ideas like adding the groove detail and the round inset detail on the armrest. There are so many ways to approach such details, and having skilled carpenters on our team helps us find the simplest yet most efficient solution. 

 

 

Similarly, every piece in our collection is a labor of love, a symbol of the craftsmanship and skill that sets us apart. From selecting materials, to finishes we ensure that every piece is built to last.
