Terms and Conditions

Delivery timelines 

Delivery timelines for our made-to-order products are between 14 to 21 days. If you order multiple products, the delivery timeline will be based on the product with the longest estimated dispatch time. Please note that the delivery timelines provided are for dispatch from our factory and do not include transit time with third-party logistics companies like Bluedart, DTDC, or SafeEx. Dulari is not responsible for any delays caused by these companies.


Refund and Cancellation Policy 

At Dulari, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality products that meet your expectations. Before we ship your order, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that it meets our standards. We require your inspection and signature upon delivery to confirm that you have received the product in good condition. If you do find any defects in your Dulari product, please refer to our policy for more information on returns and exchanges. Please also note that we recommend that you carefully review the product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid any issues with the product not fitting through doorways. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges in these cases.


Our Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy allows you to request a replacement or refund for any defective items within 30 days of your purchase. If you make a return request after this time period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of heart.

  • If you had the merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. The processing of this refund may take up to 30 days depending on the pickup location. 

  • To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that occurred before you received the product. 

  • The refund will only be processed after we verify the manufacturing defect and we will require a receipt as proof of purchase. 

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After you submit your return request along with supporting evidence and a reason for the refund, we will send you an email acknowledging your request. We will also let you know whether your request has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, we will process the refund and credit your original payment method within 30 days of approval.



Refund not received

If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund appears in your account. If you need additional assistance, you can contact us at support@dulari.design or +91 9999009233.


Exchanges 

We only replace items that have manufacturing defects. If you need to exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase by requesting a new piece of the same item.


Items on sale 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been discounted or are on sale.


Gift 

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, it can only be refunded as credit on your gift card.


Shipping for returns/exchange 

The delivery time for an exchanged product will be between 14 to 21 days depending on your location.


Our Cancellation Policy 

After you make a purchase, we will not be able to accept any cancellation or change requests (except as specified in our warranty policy). We ask that you be present at the time of delivery to inspect your purchase. The price you pay at the time of purchase is final and cannot be changed. If there are any price changes or sale offers between the time you place your order and the time of delivery, we will not be able to refund the difference.

Disclaimer 

Please be aware that the actual color of the product may differ from the images shown on our website or in our marketing materials. This is because different monitors and mobile devices display colors differently and individual perceptions of color can vary. Additionally, the lighting conditions during product photography can also affect the appearance of the colors in the images.
